Oh....whoever has been there have never got bored...i am sure about that and even here, it seems that all are pretty excited on hearing that name itself...got to visit once for sure...

i guess its a case of taking for granted whats right in your backyard, i live fairly close to niagra falls and have seen it many times and while it is beautiful i dont see it being a dream, but like i said its a case of taking for granted whats righ before us, for me a dream would be seeing the taj mahal such beauty for such a beautiful purpose. good discussion +

He...you are really lucky to be in there...why don't you invite me once there....so that i can also watch it and stay in your house on that day....ha....ha....so that i will also ge to see it once....a place which i dream to visit once in my life time...it will be a dream come true for me...lolz...by the way, do you go there often...is it crowded all the time...tell me your experience.how do you feel being there...atleast let me share these things from you....

Yea we really do take it for granted...I know I did for a long time until my kids were old enough to see it...I grew up there, Clifton Hill (maple leaf village)was my stomping ground as a teen....seeing my kids faces light up the first time they saw it though brought be back to how much I love the place :D

i live about 3 hours away from the falls now and used to live about an hour and a half away and have probably been to see the falls about 20 times. Its never been crowded when ive been there but was usually there in what is probably off peak season ive never gone in the middle of the summer so it might be crowded then, the last time i went was about a week before christmas and there wasnt a person there at all, they had a big display set up of lights and it was quite pretty, we went on a whim because we were bored and thought it would be fun to go.

Good that you also like Niagara falls and to tell you, many of the people are liking Niagara falls including myself and i am just waiting for my opportunity to visit this heaven once in this life time.What do you say? do you have any friends in canada or any close relatives living there....if there are, just visit them and meanwhile you get to see niagara also...lolz

You know, I would go see it if I were near there. My husband would never want to go, so I would have to probably be there on some business trip or something, of which I do not foresee. He is not fond of the Eastern U.S. and I'm sure it is a HUGE tourist attraction. Although, he loves nature, he likes to be where other people are not. I, too, would worry that the beauty of the place would be marred by about a million people scurrying about with their cameras. I guess I sound cynical. Don't mean to. I would like to see it, but I don't think I'll be planning a trip there anytime soon, I guess.

he...Niagara Falls....just by hearing this name itself i get excited and feel like going there.....atleast once in a life time....strange that your husband being a nature lover doesn't like to be there just for the sake of more people surrounding there.....isn't it? It is a major tourist attraction no doubt in that....so, see all the possibilties and try to be there once....

Definitely...just look at the numberof people who has responded to this discussion and this clearly show's how many people like this falls.Almost all of them who has responded will love to go there once.....even i am planning to visit once...but, i really don't know whether i will get any chance or not? Your mom should be very and she might have told you many more things of niagara falls..isn't it?

I am too very much fond of niagara falls.I am eagerly waiting for the day to have my dreams come true.We have planned to go but not yet decided the date.But surely i will go once in my lifetime which i think it may come true soon........

Oh...really...! good taht you have decided a nice place to visit and believe me this visit might be your life time best and will be your memorable tour as just look at the people who commented here talking about Niagara falls...exciting isn't it? so, plan out things fast and enjoy your tour....

Hm....Niagara falls is in the border of canada and if it is near to your place, then pay a vist there once.It is worth a visit atleast once for sure.Plan up your things fast and pack your bags..

Yes...lovely place and do make it a point to visit once.Even i like to visit, but what to do....it is too far from our place and i don't think i will visit in this lifetime and i really get a genuine chance, then definitely i won't miss it for sure...

I have been to Niagara Falls only once. It was beautiful. I went when they were having the Christmas lights. We got there right when it got dark and they had multicolored lights behind the falls. I would love to go again someday.

I have been to Niagara Falls a couple times. We live in Peesylvania and we have driven up for short family vacations. It is beautiful! The first time I went it was summer and before we went to the hotel we drove along the main road that follows the falls. It is so cool because you can roll down your window and feel the mist of the falls in the air. We have also been in the winter which is amazing to see because large parts of the fall freeze. At night they put on a light show behind them. Everytime we have when we have gotten a hotel room with a dalls view.

ooooooh..........so lucky you are and i am really thankfull for explaining niagara falls so beautifully..i feel like i am there now...ha...ha....it's amazing that large part of falls freeze during winter...isn't it ? by the way, i thought you could have pasted some photograph of niagara falls taken by you
