I love Monday

I love Monday! This might sound odd to, well probably all of you, but it's true, I love Mondays.
For the past three and a half years every Monday has been known as bestie day. My best friend and I have spent nearly every Monday together for all or part of the day. We've only missed a handful of times and those are always made up sometime later in the week.
We always have a great time together. She will help me around the house with things I can't do on my own. I will cook her dinner. And we will do anything from play games or go on adventures. It's never a boring time on Mondays around here.
And don't forget our weekly trip to the coffee shop which, just our luck, is half off drinks on Monday!
Do you have any traditions that you do with friends?

@T_gray I may move yet back to Nottinghamshire, I have a few friends there, but that not now that could be in the future but that all depends on where the future takes me. For now I need to get some money together.

Yes we do, except we don't meet that often. We try to meet once a month at least and we would usually have a potluck at one of our houses.

I like Mondays too, but not for the same reason as you. I just feel that Monday is the beginning of a new week and a day that I can get back into a solid routine of accomplishing my various activities.
That is very nice that you and your friend can spend most Mondays together. Sounds like a really good idea.

You are lucky to have a good friend to share a day with every week. It sounds like fun for both of you.

I am married for the second time. Hubby and I compete to see who can wish each other Happy Monthiversary each month on the 21st. We tried to find a new item to buy and sample, food wise every week. Right now Fridays are our big together day as he often only works a part of the day.

For those who have to go to work, Monday is the most hated days of all. Monday is usually the day in which work starts coming in and it is the day bosses call everyone into their room for boring meeting.

My daughter lives in England and I live in Greece so on Mondays we Skype together. It is almost as good as being with her and we rarely miss our date.

I love Sunday, I have much more time to spend with my friends and with my family, Monday is working day here, so I could not spend my time with my friends or family.
Even Monday has a most prominent value, because a week starts with Monday only.
As per your discussion, you are enjoying a lot with your friends. I too enjoy the same thing, like inviting lunch, going to watch movies with friends on Sunday.
