I'd Like to Blame myLot, but ...

I'd like to blame myLot for my inactivity today, my failing to do all the things I'd intended around the house. This place and you peole here are addictive and I've spent far more time here than intended.
Maybe I could even blame the weather - it's meant to be Spring here and my planned activities were mostly outdoors - but the weather isn't that great today.
However, I'm a big girl now. I take responsibility for my own actions. Consequently I know the only person I can blame for today's lethargy is myself. Bother! I need to give myself a good talking to, again. And grab another cup of coffee.

It really is hard to pull myself away from here, as i end up spending a lot of time in here as well. Mylot and the people in here will do that though, but that is okay, as i really like being here, and enjoy interacting with others. I do have laundry to fold up and put away, so I will have to eventually tear myself away from here.

I am not as active on mylot as I would like to be. Why? I have to use notepad to respond, comment, or make discussions. If I try to
type directly into the message box provided by mylot it takes forever. I don't understand why either. It's 9:10 PM here. Two more hours
and I will be at work, trying to make the most of the time until I have to start getting ready.

Believe it or not, yes. Once I realise I've not made the most sensible choices, I determine to turn things around. That results in my mental talking to, and a bit of goal setting for the next little while. The result this time is a commitment to making sure the writing of two chapters instead of one this coming week.

Somedays are like that. I seem to go in circles and get nothing done.

jo@Valmnz Yes we humans love to do that, but darn I think mylot is addictive for sure. Many of the people I made friends with on the oldmylot are back here so you all pull me into mylotting but I my case being eldery and a resident in a retirement center I have few responsiblities hence for me mylotting feels almost essential. I get stares from the care givers. 'At your age you know hoe to u se the computer? as if Im a freak well darn let me be a freak if if means I can keep up mylotting. Its cold here today in Southern Cal if.

It is easy to come on here for ten minutes and still be here 2 hours later. All other jibs will keep.x
