I don't think so. If you see a hot girl, and after seeing her you lose your control and take the worst step, then you are mentally sick. Well anybody can wear anything, just enjoy whatever you wear and for the boys, lets enjoy view like we see when we go to the vacation in places like Kashmir, Beauty created by nature. The only thing that cause this kind of stuffs is Illiteracy.

@PhredWreck I think, what
@sparial02 meant, if a group thinks it is okay to rape then they are delusional therefore illiterate. At least that is how I understood what he wrote but it is better for him to say.

@PhredWreck If i like a girl, i'll talk to her, try to convince her, may be i'll try forever, if i get frustrated trying, i'll move to another one. This is an important lesson. Most of the people don't have it, you know. Literacy always doesn't mean that you must need to have a degree in college, the more you got the more literate you are. I don't mean that. I am just talking about the Humanism Literacy, How to be a Good man..

@Bluedoll This fact that i learned, from watching movies, or reading blogs, news, hearing from some iconic persons, they said that way. And i listened to them and now following there words, it's only because i am literate person, who want to learn things, wants to know what is good or bad, those people don't think like me. So by the word "Illiteracy", I suggested a lot, you know, hidden facts.

I think it is wrong for a girl to be responsible to it since she wears sexy. A girl wants to show her best look and she doesn't deserve to being raped. It is just an excuse from the raper. Such as if you have more money inside your wallet, but it is not a reason for you to be robbed. Right?

Only the person who considers something is "hot" should keep their opinions to themselves. Whether it is a man or a woman no one has the right to seduce without the person's permission and if the answer is "No," one should respect that.
