NR2 @akp100 Instead of reading articles, look around you. Ask people what they drink when it is so hot. I did and it was usually hot tea!

NR2 cinnamon, garlic, nuts, blueberries - notice these are all organic, wholesome foods. Avoid sugary creams, CONDENSED MILK which is an Indian favourite and anything largely chemical enhanced.

NR2 I think it depends on the site and what you write. I find that if I leave memberships open, at times my post will have accumulated and then I return. I only return to sites that I know my pieces get read and I can interact.
