Laurel (L_B) I am sure it is very trying for you. It takes a lot of work and patience to organize such an event. There is a limited to how much one can take before they simply lose it. You shouldn't have to put up with somebody disrespecting you and being difficult.

Judy Evans I think there is one of these in every musical ensemble. We played in brass bands for years and we always seemed to have an elderly trombone player who was losing his hearing - which meant his intonation and dynamic control as well! Hope your event goes well....
