Quality Discussions

I enjoy writing and reading the posts about every day life most. Who cares whether they qualify as quality or not! As long as they are friendly.

Variety is the spice of life. Each person has their favorite likes and what interests them. I am not asking everyone to agree with my interests or even like them. Days I feel serious and want to write something that helps others. Then there are days I feel like talking about traditions and share one or two from where I live. Then there are days like today when discussion with a friend here and talking about writing she made me laugh. I decided to write a comical posts to make people laugh. I just add when I am in the mood and other times just enjoy what there is to offer. But when deja seen and deja read come to mind it is sort of hard to pass them all by. It seems the new buzz word is BB and not sure how long it will last. I still see it appearing today and a lot yesterday too. Just look at it like I do. If this is what the talk is and you're not interested pass it by and don't open it and read it. A site like this has plenty to offer and a lot of good things to read. I am sure everyone who is here will find their right flavor and go for it. Have fun and enjoy and it is good that you find very interesting topic to read on this site. I do too.

@gabs8513 even in the old days we were supposed to make quality discussions. That is, discussions that were more than copied items, or said a minor greeting. Quality discussions are about things that matter to you. That is your family, your pets, your well being, and your politics if you so choose. There are a lot of people who love to read animal stories, or what you are having for lunch. Do not feel like a stranger. Most anything that is important to you, that you are passionate about, is a quality discussion.

Hear hear Gabs..you are telling wht i feel and think..we all don't go for the same discussions, otherwise we would all share a brain and i don't know about you but mine is going going gone sometimes..hahah..

As long as one follows guidelines here anything can be written. It is left to us to pick and choose what interests us.

I say everyone can write about what they like because this is what they know the most about.

Quality discussions, yes, it has always been emphasized that people produce quality discussions but they are also people who are either confuse between quality discussions and classroom like questions or deliberately write one two liners for some reasons. We are all strangers but this platform open the gate of friendships for people to come together to socialize.

I post whatever interests me, and I hope that others like what I have to say too. I have posted some on what has been happening in my life, and I have been getting responses to my discussions, and for that I am very happy.

If someone wants to write quality articles let them write good quality articles and they can be an example to follow if another person wants to do the same. Otherwise quality is in the eyes of the beholder. I found your post to be ragged with uneven borders. There may have been one i you forgot to put a dot above.

I'd say that what people consider interesting might differ but I think there is a common idea of what's considered a quality discussion on here, regardless of the topic. Of course, people have the freedom to write what they want (and that's what makes myLot really cool in the first place) but I think most of the time it's the quality discussions that manage to get a lot of interaction.

How about just let it happen what comes to mind then write.

I read what interests me and am drawn more to discussions about daily life and what everyone is doing rather than political discussions. I think we need a bit of everything to keep life interesting

I totally agree with you. Everyone has his own idea of quality, like his own subject and interests. If when you scroll you dashboard you don't find anything you like, just go over and look for something else.

Well you're right everyone has a diffrent point of view over quality discussions. But I firmly believe that a quality discussion does'nt mean a topic or thing over which people like to talk but quality discussion is just nothing but a discussion which doesnt waste a individuals time. That is a quality discussion is a discussion which has some moral or it is something that shares fact or reality about a thing the people are unaware about! For example I am a person who likes to ask a whole lot of questions wherever I go, So thats what i call a quality discussion because it doesnt matter where I go or what I talk about. What matters is that moment that time spent for going to someplace doesnt gets wasted. The thing matters is I used my time in learning things. Thats what is quality discussion in my opinion.

I do like what you have had to say because what I might consider a good discussion you might not but that is okay as we are all different in our own ways. As thesids has said some are only one or two liners and not a discussion at all so how to respond to those is beyond me. I personally like any discussions about pets, movie reviews, family, day to day things you do, trips etc.

I don't understand why you feel like a stranger especially as you are a long termer. Maybe there have been too many newcomers lately. I leave it to those who manage this site to decide what is worth paying for and of course we also play our part depending upon who we support.

Whats that old saying? To each their own. We can just support each other and have fun doing it.

I am new to this site and when I try to find something to comment on all I seem to find are discussions about Bubblews being shut down or something else related to it. Don't people have other things to discuss or talk about besides just that?
