I found this yesterday while I was rummaging through pinterest for a 3D design for my wall mural/sculpture.
If you lose your weight you might find it again in the refrigerator.
Lol, I had a good laugh.. I did have a problem with pastries and goodies in the refrigerator. Each time I opened it they'd plead with me to pick them up and pop them in the mouth. Thankfully I am off cookies, cakes and sodas now.
But the truth of the fact hit me between the eyes, Do you think this statement is true for you?

Since my husband developed diabetes the contents of my cupboard have changed quite a lot. Sugar free biscuits and chocolates now feature, he has a sweet tooth so this is the only way he can indulge himself.

@celticeagle I am a foodie too and I am not so proud of it. I have to work away at my pride.

So you are a sweets lover !
I am not . I am more of those delicious dishes . Even if i am not hungry , i would become hungry once i see the array of dishes displayed by our two tenants who sells food just for the tenants and employees of the mall.

lol that is a funny quote but I could not deny that it is very, very true.. I could not resist pastries and chocolates so I avoid buying them because I am actually working out each day to lose some weight but my son and husband keep buying my favorites as if they really want to tempt me.

@sofssu yes mangoes are not for those who want to lose weight but I can't resist them just as I could not resist chocolates and pastries. This is why I can't stop with my daily 45 minute brisk walking and another 30 minute body shaking workout. I really need to burn those fats and calories.

Good sentence! I have decided not to buy all the unhealthy goodies to which I´m addicted. If I bring them home, they disappear easily

I've never had a problem with my weight, one of the lucky ones I guess.

@kevin1877uk You sure are lucky.. My husband is also one of them.. He eats sweets, cakes and chocolates by the truck loads and still doesn't add on any weight.

I allow myself one dark chocolate bar a week. It is divided into sections and I have one a day. So far this has satisfied my craving for chocolate. I haven't made any cakes for years but sometimes I treat myself and buy one.

@41CombedaleRoad I make cakes every time that I have guests, I do not need to lose weight, but I avoid eating cakes and sweets every day. A small piece of dark chocolate every evening, but a bar lasts at least three weeks.

I'm always battling those few extra pounds. I lose them and they find their way back. Love the quote

I can find mine just as much in the cupboards as the refrigerator, but hopefully I wouldn't find it so easily. Actually, I will munch on candy periodically and some type of chip before calling it a night, and so far I've not been gaining any of the weight I lost last year back. I'm keeping my eye on things though, as I wouldn't want it to begin creeping that way and me not notice what's happening.
It took me twenty-six years to lose my weight gained when having my first child. Well, some of it came after that too, but that was the beginning. It's been a bit over a year and I've been doing well keeping it off even though I will have a goody periodically or for breaks at work. I do need to make sure I eat enough other things that are good for me to offset the bad I partake of.
Staying away completely works best for me too, except I don't stay away long enough.

@MarshaMusselman so it was a case of forced diet, work and exercise that mad you lose so much weight. I am glad that you were able to maintain your weight after that.

@sofssu No secret, but unfortunately, I don't think most of us would be able to fool our brains for too long.
I was actually in pain. My jaw hurt for several months until I figured out why. It hurt to yawn, and eventually I didn't open my mouth very far, therefore, I couldn't get a lot of food in at once. I thought I was getting TMJ which my cousin got when she got older. But, I found out later, figured it out actually, that it began shortly after I had a tooth prepped for a crown. I realized that they shortened it-the tooth-to low so that the teeth on the other side hit for a change. I think I was not grinding, but hitting those teeth in my sleep making my jaws hurt upon wakening.
Once I realized why it hurt so bad, I made necessary adjustments and the pain healed up after a time. The results were that I lost about thirty pounds over the summer. I also was working a new position, and working more hours and walking faster to get everything done on time, so that helped a lot I'm sure.

I don't really need to lose weight, but I'd love to get rid of my belly fat.

@ReViewMeMedia That tier around the waist is the most difficult of them all.. Some crunches would help if you are upto it.
