Real friends/fake friends

I've learned over the past couple weeks that I have some great friends, who will stick by me and who have my back no matter what. I've also learned that I have some fake friends as well.
Sometimes in life you do learn the hard way who is real in your life, and who isn't. Sometimes you have to eliminate negative people from your life, so you can live a healthy life.
Sometimes you realize it's not the amount of friends you have but it's about who the friends are that you do have.
I've had my fair share of friends in my life. I've been used, I've been played, I've been mistreated. I've been lied to, stolen from, and hurt.
I treat people with respect from day one. I will give you the shirt of my back. I'm the kindest, sweetest person you'll ever meet. But I can only be pushed so far. And that when it's time to start putting my foot down.
Don't take advantage of those friends who are good to you, because one day, they might have had enough too.

I have many acquaintances, but a select few amazing friends who have been there for everything. You also find out who your true friends are when you become a parent. It changes drastically.

@T_gray If and when that time comes for you, you will see who cares to be around you both and who won't even try or care. Then you see the light of day who the true friends are.

I believe that we should choose our friends not because we are picky but because we want to make sure that we give our trust to the people who deserves it. I can totally say that I am one of the lucky people that has only a few friends but all of them are trusted and that trust was built on years of experiences. I can say that our friendship has been tested by time and I am glad that they are still there for me no matter what happens and even though we don't talk often I know they are there. :)

I live by the Golden Rule. If others don't act at least partially with dignity and goodness then I am moving on. Respect and consideration early on is very important in any relationship.

It's time that shows us the real friends from the fakes and it is inevitable that somewhere along the line we will get hurt. I always feel sorry for people who have lots of money because money makes 'friends' and it must be quite difficult for them to work out whether they are loved for themselves or for their money.

For me. yes real friends are most likable for they are in our comfort zone.. but how about fake friends? can't they be more likable"? if an easy heart, good rapport.. fake friends are interesting.... We must not hate any of them for they are people also like us... I have a lot of friends different types yet. I made a good sense of humor to them.. In later part.. I can go or ask for help to any of them. for I did not see them as outcasts... THey are also humans who eats drink sleep..:)... usually. i have a lot of friends whom are girls.. ;)
