Looking forward to Christmas this year

Anyone who may have known me on other sites will know the story. Lats year, I was in the job from hell and trying desperately do to the sort of work that I couldn't cope with (and not sure anyone could). I knew I probably would be fired as I wasn't doing the level of work that they wanted and seemed to get further and further behind. This happened just before Christmas and my memories of last Christmas were panic attacks and depression. I didn't enjoy anything because of work. Other years, I was down because I was single, in the wrong relationship etc or other things got on top of me. I'm in a much better job now and actually looking forward to Christmas. I'm in a good place mentally and looking forward to a Christmas free from the usual depression that crowded me in the past.

@euphie . . 3 years ago I also lost my job . . but unlike your job, that job of mine was my favorite job ever. I was unemployed for 6 months receiving EI. But 3 years ago Bubblews was the talk of the world as far as online earning was concerned. . . I was making 150 dollars every 2 weeks and I had fun, too, writing funny stories . . .and met lots of online friends.

It's always horrible when you lose a job. It happened me in a job I loved a few years ago as well and it takes a while to get back on your feet again.

Working the wrong job is awful, or even working too many hours at the right job. Glad you are in a better place now.
