Do you like to bake during the holidays?

I was just wondering who else loves baking around Christmas time. I love putting on some holiday jingles and baking banana nut bread. What is your favorite thing to bake?

Its become a bit of a Thanksgiving tradition for me to make lemon squares. I love the tart and sweet combination, to me that is a signature fall taste. I also like to do the classics sugar cookies and apple pie.

I do like to bake at Christmas. We make tons of fudge and give it as Christmas gifts.

A lot of baking goes on in our house around the holidays. My youngest son bakes cakes, cookies, and pies. My wife makes spiced pecans. I have been known to bake a batch or two of Toll House Cookies.

I wish I was good at baking! I love the smell of all the goodies baking in the kitchen during the holidays, it always makes the house smell so good! I may not be good at baking, but I sure am good at eating them!
