how to sleep well? everyday im only sleep 3-4 hours , have you ever slept only 3-4 hours a day, I have a lot on my minds especially thinking about my problems, and it looks like I have insomnia

Last week, I checked my spams and I got thousands of emails. if you use a laptop, there is a feature there that lets you block and erase all those spams. Now, my yahoo mail is all clean. No more annoying spams.
