I always sleep for 3 or 4 hours only. Sleep at 3 in the morning, and get up at 6 or 7 in the morning.
Have you ever tried YouTube tricks, which claim that you will get good sleep after using them. ![](/Content/images/emotes/lol.gif)

If you could get a good and very potent lavender essential oil, buy some. A drop or two on your pillow will make you feel relax and hopefully help you get a better night sleep.

I sleep an average of 2 hours a day; and I don't know what the answer is.

i personally don't sleep that little except if i have to because of other responsibilities.
