Sorry I took so long to get to you. These errors occur from time to time and as you have already been told, there isn't much we can do about it right now. When they happen in bunches (such as a lot of members getting them), it is usually a server issue and sometimes requires a re-set. But the odd one that happens from time to time is a quirk of the system and the increased traffic. This is something that I hope is addressed in future updates.

There is not really a great deal that 'support' will be able to do. It happens when the site is being slow and this can either be because there is a lot of traffic to the site or when your connection is slow ... or both. It is a way of saying that the page didn't load completely because a part of the page took longer to load than expected.
The solution is always to press F5 (Refresh) every time you see the message until the page loads properly.
You can send a message to @goaskalice, if you wish, but I'm pretty sure his answer will be the same as mine!
