I have a luncheon potluck to go to Wednesday and I have no idea what to make and bring. Anyone have any delicious recipes i could make and bring?

I am sure since this is a pot luck you could do many things. a nice meat loaf.Assorted cold cuts,shrimp etc.

For a savory dish, I've brought Ramen salad (made with shredded cabbage/coleslaw mix) to several potlucks. For sweet, there are lots of quick and easy brownie recipes (only need a few ingredients) or a no-bake cheesecake which looks impressive but is easy to make.

You could go get cheese tray vegetable tray meats deli might work or a fruit tray they work almost everytime.
