From night owl to early bird

I am the type that loves to sleep late and wake late. However some things do not run well that way because i always end up having a nap during the day. I want to change this habit and become an early bird instead. I managed to go by today without a nap. I am therefore feeling sleepy a little and it is not yet 10PM.
If i happen to sleep now i hope i will manage to wake up early tomorrow. This also means i will change my time of mylotting and i hope to be able to increase it

My boyfriend is a night owl he goes to bed like 4-5am and wakes up at noon or later. He doesn't have a set time to be to work he can go in whenever. Me however i never can make it past midnight before i'm tired and i'm always up around 8am.

I used to go to bed at 4AM as well and wake up at around 11 and somehow things don't run that well
