I Cannot Believe I ate a Donut With Frosting!!!!

Darn whatever was I thinking Im a diabetic for Goodness sakes and I should've k own better.I had scrambled eggs and oast plus coffee and cranberry juice. My main hope is that the metformin pill I just took will subdue all that sugar otherwise I could be one sick cookie
.
Normally I do not eat those kinds of things as i know better. The
sugar content of that must have been really high. Note to fellow diabetic
myl otters its not worth the gamble better to l eave alone those high sugar goodies as you can get into serious trouble otherwise.

@Hatley donuts are sweet . . I don't eat donuts, but I still drink coffee! I die if I don't drink coffee with a little sugar.

no insulin but since the terrible incident two years ag o when pancake syrup s ent me into a diabetic coma and I had m l ife sav ed and was warned not to take any more chances
The ER doctor upped my metformin from 500 mg to 1000 morning and evening so the metformin his morbning did take care of tha frosted donut but never agan as I do no want to go into a second co ma and maybe lose my life lol.

I did until this new regime took al l my sff downstairs and tol me i was breaking the law so I now have to go do wnstairs o ave checked but I get it done once a day I m fine so I guess e l aeg metformin pill did the trick plus dr inking a l ot of wa ter too
