Hi! So I'm new to myLot- welcome to me- and wanted to know more about posting links on here. I reviewed the community guidelines already, and understand them, but still have some questions. 1.) If someone asks a question on here, and you've already written a blog post or article on the topic, is it considered advertising to link to it and share it with them for reference? Would you share something like this over a PM, or not on myLot at all? 2.) Likewise, if someone asks you for more information, can you link to something you've written? Could you PM it to them? 3.) Lastly, can you ever share links to blog posts/something you've written/vids you made on a thread you start? For example, not just going "check out my new post" with a link, but say you were looking for feedback on a story you've written, is it okay to start a thread on myLot and share the link? Or would this again, be limited to PM or social media outside of myLot? I know you can't advertise on here, and I'm not looking to do so, but I do blog and plan to create more content online, so I could see situations like above potentially happening. I'd also like to know for telling others about myLot. Basically, can I share a link to my own stuff if relevant? Thanks for any insight! [Update: So I asked the admin, and was informed as long as any advertising was involved, the link was relevant to the discussion at hand, and the post didn't cosist of only the link, it should be fine.
