What's your favorite dessert?

What is the one dessert that you can't do without? For me, it is cheesecake. I don't care what kind it is, I absolutely love it. IF I had to choose a favorite type of cheesecake, it would be caramel apple. What is your favorite?

I'd say my absolute favourite is eton mess. I also like apple crumble and chocolate fudge cake.

@emmyrose420 its really nice and very quick and easy to make. also you can use any soft fruit, doesn't have to be the classic eton mess with strawberries.

I'm not a big dessert person. But if coffee is available, I'd say chocolate mousse.

I do love cheesecake and my favorite by far is my youngest son's homemade cheesecake. He's worked on his recipe and method for years and I believe he's close to perfection.

Fudge and caramel are both so good! I made homemade fudge for the first time on Christmas day. Very rich, but tasty!

@Emmyrose, I hardly ever get my dessert now. Because I want to reduce sugary food. But I have my favourite dessert that is red velvet cake. I really like the taste and the chopped nuts make always want to eat them.

I understand wanting to eat less sugar. I only have cheesecake on special ocassions, but I am so happy when I do have it. I like red velvet cupcakes quite a bit.
