God wants us to be forgiving and he knows best what is best for us . ![](/Content/images/emotes/happy.gif)

It is very difficult to forgive someone very close to us. But if we want to cleanse our system and move ahead with positivity, forgiveness is the way. Grudge only bears negativity and drains all our energy on useless things.

Forgiving someone is not easy but once done from heart you are free and you will have no hard feeling about the person. This helps you lead a healthy life. Easy to say difficult to implement. Still not able to forgive a moron since 12 years. Trying hard though.

Bible says if you can't forgive then God will not forgive you.

The first reason is because God forgives us and the second reason is because we shouldn't hold onto grudges because it just bothers us.

Life is indeed too short to live with grudge and hate. It is better to forgive and forget as it takes a load of weight off your own shoulders and you wont regret if anything does happen in the future.
