I agree. I spend more than 10 hour daily in front of computer surfing the net. Sometimes I think if I had spend this much time on my study than surely my had published on newspapers.

@akkiin Actually I love computer a lot, more then my gf. And I want to be a genius on it. But unfortunately no one is physically near who can help me. So, Internet is the only source for me to learn.

I partially agree to you. Indeed internet has become an integral part of our lives. But it is not that it is not impossible to stay without internet. If we have good friends, by friends I mean real friends, a family, a good satisfactory job (of course not related to IT) then you can spend a day without internet. I understand that everything is available on internet, but it is not that everything which is available is there is not available offline. For instance, now you can book movie tickets online but the same can be done by visiting the theatres. In fact when you book online you pay more. Agreed that Internet has made the access to innumerable services a lot easier but we should also not forget that a real world also exists with real people in there.

@akkiin Again you are partially correct. I am aware fully aware of the virtual world that exists. What I am trying to say is that even though we are so much dependent on Internet it is possible to stay without that for a day. I know that this site is giving me a platform but this is not mandatory. I think last week I never logged into this site. It maybe like an addiction to few but not for me. Yes, for sometime I may feel restless but if I make up my mind I can overcome that. Just take a book and read, book here is a real book, go outside and enjoy the surroundings near me. Regarding the change around me, I think there are things existing like they used to be now also but only difference is that they are available on the internet as well. Still we can go and buy clothes from shops, books from book-stores like that. Hence one day if the internet is not working, we can stay and that will be more peaceful and stress-free. Try it once mate and you will feel relaxed.

I totally agree with you.I hate this virtual communication stuff and the whole virtual world. It not only limits your words and time, but it also limits the bond many a times because through virtual communication, many misunderstandings and miscommunication happens that leads to the destruction of relationships and friendships as well.We people should come out of this virtual life and instead should have a person to person interaction that would be much better and it will strengthen the bond as well.
