What is your favorite exercise?

My favorite exercise is gymnastics. I love it so much. For me, it makes my mind relax and my muscle get stretching. My mind and my body feel fresh after take some movement of gymnastics. Usually I do it in the morning after wake up and in the night before go to bed. Not long, about 15-30 minutes. How about you, what is your favorite exercise?

my favorite exercise is dancing zumba at home. but sometimes i love to sing than dancing. i'm not a dancer though.

My favorite is martial art such as aikido. Ia have ever attended karate, tae kwon do, and silat class. I am tired do the exercice because i am too busy. Someday i will find other martial art exercise.

Woow it is amazing! The exercise is good for your health and your protection from bad people. Yes, most of people can't do exercise routinely because of busy with their work, is your time run out for working too?

Nice, good for you! It's wonderful that you have found something healthy to do that you enjoy. For most people, working out is a pain and more of a chore than a hobby. I hate to say it, but I am still in that latter stage. Although, I don't mind walking and I USED to love the elliptical machine - that thing packs a punch for sure.

Yes, you are right, having something to do that we enjoy is a lucky. It is seldom people found it. I also feel that working out is a pain. It is being a chore rather than hobby. A person who can make money from his/ her hobby is a very lucky people. They can enjoy and get money on their fun. So, many people will jealous with them.

I dont exercise much, but when I can walking and swimming. Swimming is my number one way to stay fit. I love it because it takes little effort, the body is weightless in the water.

I exercise through playing sports. Some of my favorite sports to play are basketball, volleyball, and table tennis, and they keep me energized and feel good a bit for myself. Since I spend most of my time in front of a computer just sitting down, I really need the exercise so I play those sports for hours at end. Kudos~!

Yes, your favorite exercise is playing sports. They are very good to burn your fat and make you feel fresh because all body part get movement so your blood flow will run well. These exercise is also the favorite of girls to watch. I believe you have some fans from some girls...Isn't it?

@srisahara Ha ha, well, during sports fest when I join, some girls cheer for me and it kind of feel awesome. But most of the time, me and my friends play in the wee hours of the morning and only a few people watch us.

I love walking instead of riding whenever possible, I take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator, i like going up our roof and tree house. . When on vacation i like to hike especially hilly places and along old houses and dirt roads, old cemeteries or on the sea shore and at the same time talking to people, asking especially if i do not know what they are doing especially in the provinces.

I think you have a hobby as an adventurer. You love walking, riding, exploring and discovering some things you never know before. It is exercise which full of challenge. Okay...I hope you have much time to run your exercise. Thank you so much...

I enjoy riding my bicycle, which is both exercise and transportation. I ride almost two miles to work (downhill) and then two miles home (uphill.)

Woow...it is amazing...you go work by bicycle. It is not only make you healthy and strong but also it reduces air pollution. Nowadays, air pollution more and more severe. I proud of you, keep your habit to keep environment clean...
