Denise @ifa225 You also have to make sure if you are eating out that the sauce doesn't contain gluten. Soy sauce bases have gluten in them.

Denise @ifa225 Soba noodles usually contain gluten unless they are "ju-wari" (100%) buckwheat. Soba grain does not contain gluten.
