Shouted Over Unstable Connection

As the usual thing to do, I conducted my teaching online with the student. However, the connection was not stable. In fact, it wasn’t me who has the problem. Since I had checked all my connections and devices before having classes, it is standard practice and rules of the company. I tried to explain the situation to the students. I thought the student will understand the problem. I was caught off guard and she shouted at me in intense tone. For such reason, I just let her do what she wants. I ignore the fact that she was being rude. Perhaps she was in denial that her internet connection is not stable and thinking she had paid the class session. As a professional being, I managed to drop the call and asked her to call the customer service.” What should I do since it is a technical reason?”

So sorry to hear of this rude, irrational happening. Sadly, this is the attitude of our youngsters today. Surprising she had not learnt any manners @shavkat

@Letranknight2015 You said it right my friend. It was really so frustrating sometimes. Actually, I cannot cancel the classes with the student. It is generated by company's system.

@JOIEMARVIC I agree. So we need to avail ISP services with good quality. I think it is also depends on how great the internet speed. For online jobs, we need to have wired connection than wifi.
