W-s trouble

Jeez it's that time of year again where I wait by the mailbox or check it every 5 mins for this year's w-2s. I lost track of who all I was waiting on one for. This year was full of lots of jobs that didn't work. When do they have to be mailed out by?

I believe the cut off date is the end of January, but I am not 100% on that.

They have to be sent out by January 31.

They have to be mailed out by Jan. 31st so you should already have some or you will be receiving them real soon.
