Is there a such thing as to much water? I work outside and it's extremely hot so I'm drinking more water than I thought humanly possible. I'm sweating it out but is there a point when it's too much?

I am curtly working with a four yr old cattle dog mix. We just finished basic obedience and recall. Our next goal will be cgc class and testing. She is very sweet with everyone despite her cattle dog side and loves to visit....

I started a small garden this year and it was doing and is still doing fairly well. However is has not been producing anything. I water every day some time more but to no avail. We are in the upper 90's, so everything is cooking....
