Enjoying the winters..

It is the chill winters in north India.Loved the idea kids have to make honey chilli cauliflower. It was absolutely mouth watering and vanished in seconds from the plate.I love Chinese food and this dish was perfectly complimenting the chills with its warming ingredients like honey,chilli and sesame seeds.

@enlightenedpsych2 They had snow in the north of the UK but been too mild in the south west where I am.

North India is quite cold in winters .It does not show to the place where I stay but if we go uphills ...It is snowing and the chill waves r coming down to the place where I live

I love spicy foods . Whenever i eat i would like to have hot sauce or Thai Chili as the case may be . The people from India i read are so fond of spicy foods . But theirs are those curry and the like spices .

@Abbyav0 The picture i attached to my latest post today is my lunch a while ago. They are Filipino foods . The veggie , is the young body of the coconut tree cooked in coconut milk, and it's spicy .The other one is boiled pork in tamarind , with radish as its veggie . And of course our rice and the dip of soy sauce with cut chopped chili and lemon drops for my pork stew .

I too love Thai food ..like hot spicy Thai curry.I was in Singapore for 4 years.I love south Asian food and in Thai those raw mango salad and Thai fried rice and ice kacang and coconut dishes,those lemon grass .I would love to have any Thai vegetarian dish from you.You r from Philippine. Pls share any Philippine vegetarian dish
