Payal people call it auspicious fish. Even in south East asian countries, it is kept in the big Aquarium in big corporates and they are quite expensive.

Payal Ya very true...in thyroid u need to burn as much as u eat everyday which is practically impossible.so u need to eat less .because whatever u eat is stored as fat if u donot burn it.

Payal I have studied alot about coconut oil.It is amazing functional food.But you need to have only virgin coconut oil not other one.You are right it helps to boost metabolism and very good for thyroid.
