Thyroid and weight loss success stories

I have seen many people who have thyroid and struggles to loose weight .I am one of them.them. Ahhh, I am trying and putting all efforts as eating healthy,taking medication,work out But it is so hard to loose weight for me.Is there anyone who has lost a good amount of weight in thyroid.

Sadly I am not having much luck losing the weight and when I do lose some it comes right back :(

Oh..sad to know..But giving up is not a choice and I have few tips which worked for me but now i am not using it (don,t know the reason may be busy with kids).May be it can work for you.

@Ruby_Dawn You might have come across with these tips on internet but the one I am talking is which i have personally used .One is taking virgin coconut oil about two spoon a day and the second is some ASANA in YOGA which are very beneficial and help the thyroid glad work better(although i am not using these days but when i was using it worked on me).I will post some videos for you,so that you can practice.Even I will soon be starting my same regime soon and I am looking for more tips too.

Ya very true...in thyroid u need to burn as much as u eat everyday which is practically impossible.so u need to eat less .because whatever u eat is stored as fat if u donot burn it.

I have read that if you have hypo thyroidism the tendency is to really be fat . But if you have hyper thyroidism , you will not gain weight even if you eat much .
