Are you a regular at some restaurants/places that the employees can remember your usual order?
For me, it can be a good thing or bad thing. I have experienced them both.
+ Good thing, is they will give you more food since you are a loyal customer and returning.
- Bad thing, is sometimes they feel their food is good, good enough for me to be a regular and they will slack on the food, a better word would be over confidence.
What are your thoughts? Have you encountered being a "regular" so much that the employees can remember your orders? Is it a good outcome or a bad one?

We enjoy being regulars at local markets-some give us better deals on certain products it seems.

We always go to the same place to eat, and I think some workers there recognize us, as we are bringing two children. I guess people can recognize children easier. I don't feel any special for being that, as I think they always have many regular customers since those restaurants I go are near where I stay.

Yes I was until a the place went down hill. We live in the boonies, small town 10 miles away - new place opened. I sorta reinvented one of their sandwiches...when we would go there they didn't even ask what I wanted....they knew...but it went down the preferable toilet.

I used to own a hot dog cart and had regular customers. They would walk up and say "my usual please"

@infatuatedbby . . . I am a regular customer of Tim Hortons coffee here in Calgary, Canada. Every morning I buy a cup of coffee from Tim Hortons. I always order medium, double-double. One morning one of the girls handed me extra large-double-double. To my surprise she just charged me $1.75 . . . the cost of a medium.

the hospital canteen employees where we have our lunch on knows me, so when we go to have our meals, they tell the cook that I should not have dark green leafy vegetables.sometimes though, I do not eat their meal because their menu is, yes, the same over and over again.

I like dark green leafy vegetables, is there a reason why you do not like that kind of vegetable?
