I seldom wash my hands before i eat. I don't think it is necessary since i always eat using my spoon and fork.

I absolutely must wash my hands before I eat. That is one of the easiest ways to spread germs and contract viruses. You open a door, get some influenza virus on your hands, then go to eat your sandwhich and you're sunk.

Yes,always.Because I eat bread most of the time,so I need a clean hand holding it.

Yes I do wash my hands before eating, as well as before cooking. And yes, I do use a knife and fork as well but still food is picked up by the hands, i.e. bread for example.
It is simply hygiene to wash your hands first, and if done as a matter of routine you will never transfer germs to someone else, or at least not by the hands anyway.
