To day i just wanna talk about Body of an insect The body of an insect has three main parts including head thorax abdomen. HEAD; including compound eyes, its two antennae( they feel and smell things ), and mouth THORAX; have wings and legs( three pairs of jointed legs ), and usually four wings in two pairs ABDOMEN; inside the abdomen is the stomach, the heart and excretory system. Also insect are cold blooded which means they are not control their body temperature however insects are not good at surviving the cold at any rate out in the open, in the winter many insect go into something called DIAPAUSE which is the insect version of hibernation. Some insects like cockroach can not go to diapause and they will die It get too cold out side and die but these running inside the house they survive this is why cockroaches love living in peoples warm houses
