maybe you should respond to other people's discussion so that they will get to notice you. of course, it should be something that is related or you knew something on that post. oh, i do reply back when they response to my post. but some people just don't have the updated new post, some have not actually made post since last month.

@Angel_15 because it's afternoon and most people specially in the US are sleeping since it's early morning there. if you noticed, there's just a very very few number of pinoys now in this site.

@Letranknight2015 You're right. That might be the reason.

I'm guessing it was your discussion on bitcoins. Perhaps it's just too specialised. I didn't read it because I'm just not interested in that topic. By contrast when you wrote about losing your photos, lots of people replied because it's something they can relate to.

I would just keep in mind that discussion / topic may not interest many. Then learn and make more discussions. But usually with interaction on others, people will come to yours and respond!

@Angel_15 It could just be the time difference sometimes too.

I've seen a lot of challenges here, and they do get a lot of attention. When I made that post I wasn't really thinking of how many replies I'll get. I just wanted to share something that I'm interested in. I guess if I really want people to reply to me I should also think of what's interesting for them. Or maybe I'll just keep on posting even if I don't get many replies as long as I'm enjoying what I'm doing.

I got one that had only a couple of responses. Maybe ot did not interest many or maybe the time I posted it is not good timing. I do not have all the time to start discussions. I only post at least one a day or sometimes every other day. But I make it a point to go here asuch as I can to interact. I love interactng here.

I have not had that problem. It may happen to some due to time of day. I would edit it, I think, maybe change up the title and first sentence. Add a photo as well.

If it does happen to me, I will just let it be. Maybe others just don't have anything to share or it's not of their interest. It will somewhat give me a heads up to make my post better next time and a little bit catchy so that others may respond to it. Keep on posting still for others my respond to your post even on a later date.

@Angel_15,It has never happened with me so far.My discussions have receive likes and comments- sometimes more, sometimes less. They have never gone ignored. Why this happens,I don't know.I never edit my posts, but try to make them as interesting and as short as possible.I also try to ensure that my posts are written in an easy-to understand style and simple language.

Good job if all your discussions are being noticed. I guess making your posts short would make it easier for some people, but I've seen very long posts here and there are some who don't seem to mind. In fact, those long posts usually get many responses.

Its been slow for me as well, one thing that helps is editing the title to attract more followers ect

I'm not sure editing it would increase the chance too much if you already posted a newer discussion after it... People tend to just go to the latest discussion. But for 24 hours, the one with no response will stay on the 'No Responses' page and has a chance to be responded by those who go to that page.

It really depends on the discussion that I started. If it is a very special one to me, or not so special. I started a discussion on a song that I wrote, and I don't think it got any responses. I don't remember now. There's been so many that I have started, that it's way back there. LOL
