My discussion didn't get any response

@Angel_15 because it's afternoon and most people specially in the US are sleeping since it's early morning there. if you noticed, there's just a very very few number of pinoys now in this site.

Yes, I do take time to respond to other people's discussions. I've always received replies to my discussions, but today is the first time I didn't get any. I guess there's a first time for everything.

You're right that it's the bitcoins topic. But I actually didn't start the photos discussion. I just replied to it.

Yup, I'm always interacting with others. Hope that will bring in more responses.

Sadly I think that many things that interest me do not interest others.

@Angel_15 That is one approach, but if that is the case why post at MyLot? This is not a general writing site, it has lousy SEO and is really for interaction. If you are interested in such topics create your own blog.

I've seen a lot of challenges here, and they do get a lot of attention. When I made that post I wasn't really thinking of how many replies I'll get. I just wanted to share something that I'm interested in. I guess if I really want people to reply to me I should also think of what's interesting for them. Or maybe I'll just keep on posting even if I don't get many replies as long as I'm enjoying what I'm doing.

@pgiblett I suppose you're right.

I guess what really matters is sharing with people something that we are interested in and hoping that others are interested as well. It's the very thing that keeps MyLot going.

Maybe a catchier title would work. I'll have to think it through the next time I start a discussion.

@Angel_15 There's a filter for those post with no responses. I usually check that out when I can't find any other interesting posts. Others maybe doing that so no post will be left with no comments.

@gaiza12 I sometimes do that too, though I usually focus on the hottest topics.

I just left it as it is. I guess people just aren't interested in that. I've got a reply now but it's just 1 I think.

Good job if all your discussions are being noticed. I guess making your posts short would make it easier for some people, but I've seen very long posts here and there are some who don't seem to mind. In fact, those long posts usually get many responses.

My discussion has actually received a reply now. At least it's no longer 0.

We do need to interact. I sometimes see some people starting discussions but not bothering to reply to people who replied to them. What's the point of starting a discussion if you're not even going to reply to people?

I visit the "No Responses" page when I can't find any discussion that I want to reply to. It does help a discussion get noticed.

I guess we just have to move on even if the discussion we started doesn't seem to interest anyone.

I do respond to other discussions. In fact, I usually respond to others' discussions instead of starting one. I think this is the only day I started two discussions. Most days I start only one or none at all.
