There are so many traditional ways to make lower down blood pressure for hypertensive individuals. In my country, most of the old folks considered to have natural way by frying garlic and used them in their own menu. In some cases, they just eat it like nibbling some peanuts. Some doctors in my country never questioned such practices and advised their patients to do it. With this simple formula, you just need to fry the garlic seeds and store them in jars. It is also a good source of spices for the food to be more tasty when cook. Have you tries this kind of traditional medication?

I always eat garlic or dishes with garlic, that is maybe why at my age my blood pressure is still like a blood pressure of a teenager, I buy sun dried roasted garlic by the grams on the mall that you can eat like peanuts or adobo peanuts with lots of friend garlic, I even make my own, but just be careful to brush and take a bath as often as possible

@louievill I am sure the blood suckers would flip away when they smell the strong aroma. It kills them slowly.

I don't have a high blood pressure and therefore I don't know much about it. But I have relatives and friends who have this disease. It seems it is very common now. Perhaps this is because we have eaten too well. I just know that the high blood pressure should not eat so much salty food. The salt is the big enemy.

@youless It is less likely to happen in your country. Since most of the people drink tea, the tea can detoxify our body.

@BACONSTRIPSXXX In some menu, it is also good to have the raw. I think the reason why some people munch the fried garlics because of the bitterness taste of it.

I used to fry sliced cloves of garlic for a friend. My mother also said that crushed raw garlic on vinegar is a good dipping if you have hypertension.
