English language is the universal medium of instruction used worldwide. It is the common subject taught for non-native speakers. For some reason, this is not considered a hindrance to learn the foreign language. There is no way that you can hold back the passion of a person to learn to communicate fluently.
Learning this language depends on the preferences of a learner, aiming to improve the four essential parts of skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking. The question is, “What is the easiest way to learn English language?”
Here are the following guidelines:
1. Learn New Vocabularies
The basic foundation of knowing the language is to gain new words, taking the time of the proper usage
of these words such as the parts of speech. Moreover, you can also check the phonetic symbols to pronounce them the standard way.
2. Create Sentences
After reading some lessons on grammar, then try to write sample sentences following the rules that you have just read. The more the better.
3. Read books
During your free time, try to read books and read them aloud. This will not enhance your speaking skills but you would also have the chance to look for the unfamiliar words that you will encounter.
4. Listen to Music
Try to listen to a good slow song and try to write down the lyrics. Doing this will not just enhance your listening skill but also your appreciation to the song’s message.
5. Watch Movies
Watch movies in the English language so would be able to practice and identify how some conversations are formed. It would also be a great help if you could jot down some idiomatic words that are unfamiliar to you and check them afterwards on your handy dictionary.

I understand that English is not an easy language for non-native speakers to learn. My struggles to learn other languages have shown me how blessed I am to have English as my birthright.

@RonEIFran I can speak English well as I trained myself to learn the language. I can also speak basic Chinese, Russian, Tajik, Filipino and three dialects in my country. I considered multi-linguistic with such skills. It all started when I traveled to another country.

@LetranKnight2015 I do agree on that. I never tried to work in a call center. I must say I can speak English fluently. I prefer American accent.

I found it also useful to learn another language (German, Czech) through English. So you keep your English knowledge on advanced level and learn new foreign language at the same time.

@TypicalRussian I learned it by myself when I had a mission in Tajikistan. I think it was colonized by Russian before. I have my book with me that time and practiced speaking Russian language with the local people there. I think it is easy to learn since the sentence pattern is like an English language.
