Administrative Empire

In a certain company, there are so many things that can bring us into disagreement to the management. The unacceptable hiring and selection process, since the people who are in-charge are trying to build their own empire. For instance, a co-worker who commits absences for the couple of times had been promoted. For the colleagues she works felt so dismay, taking in deep seems of unfairness. “Why?” The administrative personnel considered one of his friends.
Thus the politics in the work place took the chance of this woman into higher position. In my opinion, if this unbearable system continues, then employees will start to find another job. Since they feel that it is not healthy to work with such management, it may result to degradation of the most qualified employees. “Did you ever experience this kind of political system?” If ever, “would you feel the shame towards other people?”

Yes the Politics is an integral part of the Management of Big Companies,
I use to work for one.
You will find these things mostly at Middle Management Level where the Managers have a certain amount of Insecurity for themselves that they start to make a protective circle around them with personals in favor of them.
Such strategies may work in the short run but not very effective in the long run. These kind of people are the first to pay the price when the wind shifts. No company likes to keep such people at the top level.
To counter these conditions take help of Rules and Regulation of the Company (Policies) and be punctual to your work, communicate (written) effectively on every issue or work assigned to you.

Defiantly.... its human behavior, we tend to secure ourselves and our interest in a given environment. Corporate Companies are build on some philosophies, they have their mission, vision, business policies, human resource polices. These things define the Company and how it should behave in their business transactions, social responsibility and towards their employee and their career. These ideologies are created and nurtured by the companies Strategic Leadership (Top Management) which mark the ambitions of a company.
But we should understand the companies have to be run by combined efforts of its members (Management, Employees, and associates). Individuals working in the company have their individual ambitions and by nature we are "selfish", pardon me for the remark but its what i think, and to fulfill their ambition they require power, and always seek ways to gain power,
