With ten minutes to go in the match, Aston Villa is getting destroyed by Liverpool at home in Birmingham City. Liverpool is now up 6-0. The sad part about this game is that Villa was only down 2-0 at half, but the floodgates opened in the second half. Emre Can scored in the second half; he has not scored a goal in the Barclays Premier League since November of 2014! To make matters even worse, Liverpool defender Kolo Toure scored to make it 6-0 a few minutes ago. Toure has not scored a goal since 2011! Aston Villa was one of the original teams at the start of the Premier League in 1992, but they will be relegated for the first time from the Premier League in its vast history.

Yes, it was a big defeat for Villa. I can't see them be saved from relegation now. Not many games left and they are well adrift of safety. Who else to go down? Newcastle is my team and in the bottom 3 along with Sunderland who are our local rivals. We got well beat off Chelsea at the weekend 5-1, so very much in trouble too, despite spending millions on new players.
