My aunt and uncle had their lunch here with us yesterday and what my mother and I cooked for lunch was ground pork stir fry, pork in tamarind broth and fried chicken. My uncle didn't touch the fried chicken because he said they have lots of chicken in America. And he also said he prefers beef. I like chicken the most because it is the cheapest of the three and its meat is very tender. Which among the three do you like the most?

I like fried chicken, Korean beef stew, and samgyupsal (bacon cut pork belly). But the safest I guess is chicken, just not fried.

I prefer chicken, not because it is cheaper, but because I like the taste more and it's also the healthiest. Pork and beef are not healthy meats.

I prefer fish, lamb... out of the 3, depending on how it's cooked, chicken is probably my least favorite

We seem to end up eating a lot of pork as it is usually the cheapest. We also eat a fair amount of chicken but not much beef.

@brokenbee I didn't know about there being a link between these meats and arthritis. That's interesting.

Yes, sometimes my mother also gets pork more often but my father doesn't eat pork and beef because he says his arthritis will attack again.

Beef is always my favorite meat. I really like it. I am not very interested in pork. But if you can cook it well, it is fine with me. As to the chicken, I will a few methods to cook it and one of them is fried chicken.

I also would choose chicken . Besides chicken has simple recipes and takes only a shorter time to cook . But fried chicken is the best for me for the chicken recipe .

@borkenbee, there are lots of chicken, beef, and porks in the USA and Canada! What your uncle must be saying was porks and beef are much more expensive than chicken . . so, they eat chicken most of the time and eat porks/beef from time to time. . . I eat fish!
