@n.J Hmm I've also read somewhere that oats help. I eat oatmeal for breakfast regularly. I'll try to eat oatmeal tonight to see if it works.

@n.J I haven't gone to the doctor because I am pretty sure I would be given sleeping pills. I've read horrible side effects of sedation.

@n.J At times, I experience irritable bowel movements. Just last night, I pooped three times. My stool was loose. I am thinking maybe I overdosed on vitamin C. I took 3000 mg of it in the morning, and inadvertently took another before bedtime.
