Kinda Worried with My Lab Results

Everyone, regardless of nationality, must undergo free yearly general check-ups in Korea. So I got my medical results a week ago. In 2023, I got "weakly positive" protein result. But this year, it was negative. However, my liver SGPT is 45, the normal level is 45.9. I asked my doctor about she said that it is not alarming.
Yesterday, I had a employee medical examination test. That result was over 45 but the medical practitioner said, it was nothing serious.
Am I getting paranoid? I should avoid checking Google.

@id_peace They asked to choose among three free services: Liver sonogram, Kidney check, and Thyroid sonogram. I chose the last because I know a lot of female friends who have thyroid issues. One of my peers is a cancer survivor.

I had my thyroid sonogram last January 10 as part of my yearly free general check up. Thankfully, there were no abnormalities.

Now that lay people like us have access to information it is but natural to compare notes but the best would be to rely on a docto's observations.

I think I don't need a medical check up. I've no physical problem. At least now I'm all ok.
