To say that this job is hard is an understatement. Children are very chaotic and hard to control. One section almost turned my room upside down. The manager is micromanaging. But I understand because I am a newbie. Every day she in my room.My husband told me resign but it hurts my ego, to be honest. I always feel terribly tire daily. And I was so suppressed that I lost wait so quickly

If you’re not willing to quit, then you might have to find a way to make peace with the situation instead of stressing yourself out every day and also your husband from seeing your condition! - that is if your ego is more important to you than your health!

If it affects your health you need to quit

If it's affecting your health you should probably rethink your job. My husband is after me to quit caregiving right now because the loved one is a friend and puts me through emotional turmoil. A friend works at a daycare and she was just put on a second blood pressure medication. Your health is more important than a job.

If you think you cannot manage it and it is affecting your health, then might as well resign. But if you think it's too early maybe you can give yourself more time to adjust
