even if you sit all day at your job you should get up every hour and take a walk or stretch.

That's right, @whiteream, we also better shake our hands and type on the keyboard in a way our hands are straight. The knees have to be 90 degrees when sitting and the screen has to be in a distance of an arm from our face. Sitting is the new smoking today, it is not healthy to sit too much.

One tip is to walk the stairs not take the elevator if it is just the second floor that you will be going to . Walk briskly too when walking .

Some things that I don't like in training are: the time it takes, the sweat and the pain. What do you think can help doing it ? Well, I have a subscription at the local gym and I haven't been going there for 6 months now. Some emotional preparation and free time can help. I don't take working out as a part of my day, so, I forget about it, I don't go there, I don't train. Time allocation is important here, if I know I need 2 hours for the whole thing (warm up, stretching, training and shower) I will allocate those 2 hours. For the sweat, I take a towel, I take simple cloth that I can sweat in, I don't push my limits, I watch my heart rate and make sure it's not high. If I need, I can just take a simple synthetic soap and wash the clothes with some hot water, some rubbing and I clean my clothes in 10 minutes, I hang them on the rope to get dry for tomorrow. The pain ? I think to myself - all right, it's time to collect some pain to become stronger, let's see how far I can go - I must say here that pain is not necessarily an effort, the muscles can have pain even from a small weight lifting, and the body eventually gets used to it, becomes stronger and the stamina gets higher for that pain to come up. If I have some gardening to do, I don't feel like doing it, but, if I have a couple of branches to pick up, some leaves to pick up, it's a different story, I don't mind doing that. If I have 2 hours to do something, I don't feel like doing that. Considering this is 7200 seconds and I don't mind doing a couple of them at the beginning. I don't suffer during that. The best thing to do is to start doing it. It's not a big deal to suffer, it's all in my head.

Maybe a healthy lifestyle is also a good one. If you eat healthy and exercise, you have more chances of being healthy.
