I don't think I have bulimia, however, I am prone to over eating. When I am stressed, I eat more; when I am angry, I eat more; when I am happy, I eat more; when I am celebrating, I eat more; when I am partying, I meat more. I cannot control my food cravings.

This is actually a pretty common thing among people. Try filling your house with healthy low calorie snacks like fruits and veggies. Fruits and veggies are always ok, as for snack foods, try dried fruits or veggie chips as they are relatively low calorie and healthy.

That's stress eating and its bad for your health. Maybe you can try another way of coping with your emotions than eating.

It is nice to munch all the foods we see. However, we need also to consider our health.

Instead of eating write! or take a walk. Drink a whole glass of water. Just do something instead of food.
