I don't know a lot about Punjabi cooking, its something I'd like to explore in more depth thogh. Do you recommend any recipes in particular?

ya sure u can try veg kholapuri which is spicy, navratan korma , which is sweet as it contains salad, fruits and white cream.

My favourite punjabi dish is chole chawal.It just tastes too good.My second choice for a punjabi dish is rajma chawal,kadai panner..arre yaar all the punjabi dishes taste too good..its difficult to choose any one.
