Missing You - How Badly Have You Missed a Living Person?

Missing You

And did they come back to you? And were things the same as before? A bit of creative writing for my first post here at myLot: MISSING YOU And it's killing me, the thought of a life without you, and all the other thoughts that go with that too, are even worse, just piling the soil onto me in my grave, suspicions of you being happy - the happiest you've ever been - with somebody else special in your life, when I thought that it was with me that you've been the happiest you've ever been. I don't feel like I'm dying, with every breath a struggle to take; I feel like I'm already dead, my breath all gone; and I'm floating about in a dark nowhere land reaching out my hands for you, calling your name, endlessly, reaching out, calling, looking for you, reaching out, calling you, calling "Where are you my love?" and "Come to me my love." And waiting, waiting, waiting for your hand to grab mine in the darkness, and for you to tell me it's going to be okay, that you found me, and that you'll never let go of my hand again. But it doesn't happen. I just float about in the darkness forever, in my dark dark hell of all hells from which there is no escape floating, searching blindly, calling your name to the beyond of the beyond of forever in the worst agony ever, searching for you, waiting for you and not even being able to cry myself to death because I'm dead already it's just going to go on and on forever, my deepest darkest hell of an existence I love you; I cannot live without you; I will search and wait forever. Missing you. photo: Teresa's own photo

There are people I miss who are still living. I'm resigned to it, though.

I have been feeling that way lately too. Resigned. I thought about how many years it has been without contact and it seems I should quit hoping.

We've got this sorted now; glad you know I didn't block just you. Not sure why you couldn't post comments earlier; it's only messages I've blocked - messages from everyone. Loved your reactions to discovering I'm here - I feel welcome. Thank you.

@teresaschultz You can have PM's sent they just go to your profile page. I new something was messed up - you certainly wouldn't show your face on my discussion and then block me LOL - but since I couldn't PM you I had to do it my way and by then the glitch or whatever was fixed. All is well....

@teresashultz Good to see another familiar name/face here. That piece of writing really communicates a most forlorn and lost feeling.

Nice to see you here, Teresa. Your post runs just as those emotions do, tumbling over one another, crying out and drawing in, desperate and determined. Very nicely done.

That is very nicely written. It also has a feel about it like loving someone who you can't be with because of circumstances and the constant pain that is carried within on a daily basis.

its indeed like no breathe to take when you love someone and there is no know of his/her whereabouts.it occurs in love very often and i had too.but then the secret is keep breathing because if you don't then lesser chance of finding you are looking for

I guess, love is an important step on the ladder of consciousness,nd love dosn't throws u in darkness...on the contrary,it extracts u from nothingness towards lovely life.
