Are you here for the earnings or for socialising?

I'm primarily here because I love the site for the social interaction and other things. The earnings are really just numbers to me, something like a score in a game, so that it gives me pleasure when I score well and gives me some incentive when the 'score' is low. Of course, it is nice to see the money go into my PayPal account when I do reach the minimum but it really is 'pin money' (and I don't buy pins that often!). I have met one person whom I know from here, I believe.

@cxndie,You may say I am here both although what I earn here is less than my pocket money.I am here,because I love interacting with great friends like you.Earnings from Mylot has not been of much help for me.And from this small town of mine I am the only person here.None of my offline friends is interested in writing.

To be honest and frank I am here to do both, and when I do something I always see to it that I do the best I can, "do your best and God will do the rest"

My online friends have never extended to face to face meetings. I think we will find that most people are here for both social and for money. Best wishes for the future in the writing department.

For both cases, and also improve my English. Since I started I needn't to think so much in how to write my ideas.

This is a very instreasted get question. I only joint last night - in search of a bit of extra cash, but so far I have spoke to many amazing people, already it's became more of a hobby/ social and the finance side of it had been forgotten.

For me, its a little bit of both. Ill be honest in saying when there wasnt the earnings program for a while I disappeared for a few years until it returned. Ha! But I di enjoy this place - love the opportunity to vent or to run ideas by people.

In the good old myLot many said they were there for interaction but the moment payment stopped everyone vanished from the scene. So, now you have the answer.

I will say both. There is no chance to have an eyeball with friends here.

A little bit of both. I started on here because I had the opportunity to earn money just by chatting. I was in need of money then so I gave mylot a try. After a while, I kind of forgot about the money and was chatting because I wanted to. The money is a nice bonus, but I think I'm here more for socializing.

I'm just here to socialise, I make less than 50c most days so the money is irrelevant. I stayed for a while after mylot stopped paying but left when it got into a total spamfest.

Both actually. Its nice to have people follow you and learn from your post while you learn from theirs.

I am here for both, as I am happy for the frineds I have made, so far and continue to make. I love the interaction as that is how we earn in here. I am thankful for all those that have taken te time to interact with me each and every day.

It would be unfair to say I am here for earnings as it is not something very substantial. But whatever time I spend here I feel value for my time spent as it is interesting as well as you get paid something for it. I dont think its like facebook where you actually make friends with whom you talk more than just the topics, having spent about 2 weeks here, I realised none replies to messages you send them, its more of talk on the forum only. So yes, I dont think I make friends here , but a group who may respond to your posts.

I'm here to improve my skills in writing which I can enhance more through interaction. I treat monetary incentive in the form of earnings as bonus.
