Have your dreams ever turned into reality?

(True story)
I knew a girl in my workplace. I liked her for her frankness, sense of humour and her ability to make my life and days better. I am an introvert and i rarely talk to people coz i am mostly disinterested. But not with her. We used to chat a lot, get into meaningless office gossips. I was slowly infatuated with her.
One night, i had a dream, a nightmarish dream. i dreamt about her. As usual, i left my work desk to talk to her. But she ignored me! She was rude. She talked to others, but not me. I was shocked and i felt depressed because i did not know the reason for this sudden apathy towards me. Then i woke up, sweating, realised this was just a dream. But it did not feel like a dream at all. It was so real.
A few months later, we had a fight. She did not talk to me again. She ignored me. It was all my fault because i had insulted her. i was heart broken. I remembered the dream, which i had woken up from. This was all coming true!.
I am not saying i can see the future. Probably this was an one off incident. i never had such dreams before or later. Maybe this dream was a sign, to expect the oncoming disaster which awaited me.
I never recovered from this jolt. We both went separate ways but I still wait for her. For her beautiful smile, to shine upon me.
Has this ever happened to you?

Yes. I have had future dreams many times. Most are minor but when they happen the events usually stick to the script they lay out. My last one was in December. But all it did was warn me that something was going to happen on January first because the numbers 01/01 appeared in my dream in red. I was being careful that day, but a deer ran into my car despite my caution. Because I had my guard up the damage wasn't as terrible as it could have been if I didn't have the guard up.

@enlightenedpsych2 Thanks. I rarely seek solutions, sort of make demands, from any source including dreams. I think that approach helps me along when I need a "sixth sense" like from dreams! siva

@enlightenedpsych2 Thanks again Erica, I hardly seek higher intervention and when I do I am rarely disappointed - Siva

Dreams are sometimes closer to reality than people think.

This one sometimes happen to me. Well, fine, most of the time. Weird isn't it. Because it can be scary if you thought you can see a glimpse of a future with a dream. But it also happened to me. It felt like deja vu.

hmm simple , just apologize and wait for her to forgive you. As for dreams as premonitions, I dont usually give meanings to my dreams to save me from worries that I dont know if it happen or not.

First I will pray that your friend would come back to you soon! Yes I had a similar experience. When I got my first job, I had a dream in the night before joining that I have been appointed as a security staff, while I was supposed to do editing jobs.
Later the dream became ironically true when I saw that my work had no value and I had no specific role in the company. I left the job later.

Our dreams are the interpretation of our inner thoughts buried under our deep heart.
