One-liner response or comment or just quit mylot

What else is there to say? when there's not much to exaggerate. I don't wanna sound like some one who writes to much. I remember on mylotter who did that, she just wents her response and comments from one paragraph to the other. Unfortunately, when I have not much to say in the post, then I will write my response..a LOT of people have left the site since 2013. worse, some of them had died through the course of two ears before they got the payment thing back. I comment back but as far as time is concern, but i got other things to do. it's not the same with being active in mylot 24/7 i need to think about my health, 3 meals a day and exercise when Im supposed to do it now. People have other things to do outside mylot. their time is just limited now. You know what is worse now, all ten I know totally left mylot and has no desire to come back that's how s*ck it is. that is worse than people who had one line response. "At least they took time and responded" Interaction has lessened. but at least people took time.

yes, that's what people do, @jstory07 and if they don't like they can either skip it or just delete their response.

Of course you have to take care of yourself and myLot is just a fun incentive when there is time. And, sometimes there isn't much to say just a one liner - but it's the thought that counts that the person read and wants to write on the discussion.

@Letranknight2015 I do not recall seeing any thank you for this post or nice topic either. If I did - I would just ignore and not visit them as they aren't here for reading ~ but rather hoping to earn quick bucks. But as well all know myLot isn't about quick bucks.

Hello @infatuatedbby yeah it's the thought that counts, so far I haven't encounter any thank you for this post or nice topic sentences here. besides, what's the point of expanding when you really have nothing else to say, right? I can always delete post if it looks robotic.

@infatuatedbby i hope it remains that way, i think with having only 700 members, makes it an even more friendlier environment.

Some times a one line response is appropriate, I have made a few myself, but I agree that a detailed response is generally preferable. Yet providing a response here is different to some places as developing a conversation is important and sometimes it is necessary to provide only part of the answer in order to develop the conversation.

@Letranknight2015 Of course if there is nothing left then there can be no response.

Hello @pgiblett It actually depends if i have knowledge on the topics but I sadly admit there are post that are just beyond my understanding, even though it's their everyday lives. A conversation can be develop if they comment back.

@pgiblett well, maybe it's depends on how i can add things, if there's nothing left to say then i might stop with commenting back.

What I don't like is not the one liner comment, it is the one liner discussion.

We do have to pay attention to our lives out side of myLot. We can't be expected to spend all our days here. I know I need to concentrate on my life a little more and start getting healthy again by doing my exercises more. But I think they people do take the time to respond. Even if it is a one liner. We still take the time to read and understand what you wrote. At least I do. I just might not have something profound to say every time.

Every doesn't really have profound to say in all topics they respond to @T_gray but my point is that at least they took time to respond to it. I don't want to write one liner response, but what would they want me else to say?

Yes, I agree that we all have other things to do in our life. I am fine with one-liner, but recently I saw a comment with just "LOL", I didn't know how I should respond. Of course, I still appreciate the mylotter for taking time to read my discussion and respond as well, but I just have no idea what else to reply. Of course, leaving one-line comment is better than spamming. As for those who are not coming back to mylot, I have read from other sites, some think mylot pays too little and not worth their time here. Some said there are too many spammers here, and do not feel like coming here. I have no idea about the spamming, as I don't encounter any.

But that was a long time ago? there aren't much spammers now compare before. they're just too greedy or people had been deleted by the admin. well, now we have the option to delete spam response and comments.

To be honest .... my comments depend so much on the discussions posted. There are discussions that inspire me to write long comments while on the other hand there are discussions that push me to comment only a mylot code. There are even discussions that are very short... some even with only one or two sentences but are so inspiring to comment on that i find no difficulty finding words.

Hello @mammots I agree with you, that depends on the discussion posted. I wonder what's the point of exagerrating your response when no ones reading it or even comment on it. some people who ave actually inspired with some few short words

Bad mood? Well, I guess it is fine to have one-liner comment. But then, we need also to read the main core of the post. Sometimes it doesn't match the responses to the given posts of our fellow myLotters.

@Letranknight2015 Well, I also noticed that only a few members are being active lately. I am not sure what's make them stop. I had been to other site. But, the features in myLot is far better. I've been missing the old version. The members are so active and comments are so long and genuine in nature.

@Shavkat well, the old version was one screw up place which they kept adding features that were no longer necessary. with this new mylot format, it's a bit better for me. they moved on, as far as my friends are concern, i think they wanted to earn more thats why they left.

I was supposed to respond to some one with this content, but I've decided to make a post of it instead @Shavkat . If you notice, there aren't much people around anymore and to read some one complaining about the one liner post, i don't know, just ticked me

I don;t even get comments on my threads so I post less threads. So I am glad that if people even comment on my comment or thread, that is time well served. I don't comment on threads where the thread starter doesn't respond. That sort of stuff happened in bubblews where people only posted articles and ran away. now if any writer doesn't reply back I don't waste my time with their new threads.

@Letranknight2015 The thing is that such writers make money because of the comments and they don't give back to the community. in mylot more comment you get the more you get. but if everyone only posted the thread and ran away, I don't see the point of going to those writers. I understand if the thread has like 50 comments. but some authors don't even reply to 5 of them.

@skysnap I know some people still has that attitude from bubblews but I don't respond to their post anymore. if they don't want any kind of interaction, then I shouldn't go back to their future post.

I try to respond to as many discussions as possible Sometimes all I can muster is a line or two. Depends on my mood, the discussion, and how much I want to say. LOL.

I really appreciate longer responses, and try to give longer responses myself. Sometimes my responses get a little long, even! It's fun interacting, and the more one does, the more one earns, and it's easier to interact when responses are longer than just one line!

Well, if they can do more then that's okay but how about those who couldn't write much @teresaschultz the way others do. some post I think doesn't really require exaggerated response, just my pint of view.
