My BadExperience with an ebay (online) seller

When I was surfing on ebay, I saw this product that I really wanted to buy. And what do you do when you want to buy something on ebay? Of course you click the button ‘buy’ then checkout and pay for it. Lol. That is if you have the money anyway.
This product is worth 250pesos($5.37) and it was not so expensive so I couldn’t resist the temptation. Hahaha. The shipping fee is 110pesos($2.36) so that totals 360pesos($7.73). And yeah, I ordered it. When the packaged came, I was very excited when opening it. But after seeing that I received a wrong item, I was so disappointed.
I contacted the seller, and told him that I was given a wrong item so he gave me his address so I could return the product to him. I asked him if he was going to refund the shipping fee for returning the said product and he agreed. I shipped the item to him at the cost of 185pesos($3.97) and sent him the receipt.
When I received the item, I was so happy that I finally got what I ordered. But when I looked for the money, I only saw 100pesos($2.15). He gave me his word that he will give the money I waste on shipping the item back to him and he didn’t give me a full refund?! So I emailed him again and he said that “the shipping was 95pesos($2.04) to send it to me, and he did not agree to refund P185. As per the store policy he doesn’t refund shipping, he made an exception and will only refund that original amount.”
I mean, come on dude. Was it my fault that you sent me a wrong item? Now you want me to pay for the shipment of the one I ordered again? So all in all, I lost P85($1.82). It is not a large amount for some people but I’m still sad though. And he is not responding to my messages anymore. What a waste. :( But on the bright side, I received the product I ordered.

report him on e-bay as a bad trader - it will affect his future business there
