Bubblews Discrimination To Bubblers: Can You Still Remember It?

I must admit that I tried to join this site. At first, it was really fun. I thought this fun will last forever. My notion turned into hate. Yes, you read it right my fellow myLotters. They do generate high revenues to Bubblers. But then, changes had happened. The standard rules’ transition is in random. It takes time to internalize the sudden changes and eventually, embraced the changes. Then, I felt dismayed when the site has a particular statement released that there is prioritization in paying the members. The most striking statements coming from the site is to pay the members by territories and members from Asian countries would be last in rank. Is that a good sense of directives? I felt that they don’t know the impact of being discriminated. I am so sentimental with such bad treatment. That’s the biggest difference between Bubblews and myLot. No wonder why their boat sunk in to nowhere.

What I understand about that policy, was that most of the scammers came from certain countries, yours being one of them, and in order to make certain they were taking care of the scammers - getting rid of them, the payment took longer. Now I also understand that if you were a long time person from your country with a good history on Bubblews, the payment was done in the same fashion as the other countries where the least number of scammers came from.

@just4him I am not sure how they determined the scammers. Is it 100% accurate? All I can say, they lack of people monitoring this situation. But then, there is no problem if they had found out. Regardless, the payment should not be categorized based on countries. It is still a sign of discriminating the people.

Yeah, it was a REAL shame @just4him that scammers started justifying and taking advantage of how they should traffic their blogs. Some were even deleted but got back, but some who were innocent were also deleted, which was even worse. It can't be helped, there are people from my country who just doesn't know how to follow rules.

This was a sight that was mismanaged and secretive. They did not warn us and many got burned. I too am owed money but I prefer to carry on and forget about it.

@Marymargll That's the best sample of cheating the players in Bubblews. They didn't even feel the guilt that the members continued to write in this site. The efforts and time were wasted. The insensitivity had shown with their drastic changes in this site.

On there many got tons of views and they thought of it as spam, the dollar went a lot further and the people who got paid in reality were from everywhere but they were the ones who hardly got views and comments and had to write the equivalent of around at least fifty eight or nine posts and still sometimes no payment. People from other places (US, UK etc same thing.) The thing is that they did say they'd pay for all views and comments, but really everyone was also saying from the start that it was all to good to be true. Glad you're here at mylot.

@Vjvals I have the same notion. They considered the members who got a lot of views or even comments to be a spammer. It is business, they want to control the situation.

In bubblews discrimination was not only a word but it can be physically felt. Members from the US refused to respond to comments made by Asian (Filipinos , Indians etc) members and they refused to like or make comments on Asian members articles as well. They formed an impenetrable elite group with the sign "no Asian allowed". Everytime i'm reminded my anger would come to the fore.

@mammots I know what you feel. When the site dropped the bomb, things had changed among the members and the formation of groups started to robust. In this sense, they divided the nations.

I didn't think about it much because I was still getting paid that time. But they did mismanage and they didn't handle the violators very well. And later, they used those illegal trafficking methods done by other users to gain more profit. And they even dare brag in youtube which made it even worse.

@Letrankinght25 It became a pattern. Some members experienced this without incurring violations. They stopped so sudden and never answered the concerns or issues done by the bubblers. I still believe in bad karma. The large scale of cheating the people are not acceptable in the eyes of God.

You are right, they were discriminating people and that was stupid. No matter where the writer lived, their pages were seen from members all over the world. Of course it was an excuse not to pay.

@LadyDuck It was really a bad act that cannot be accepted. This is also my first time to experience that payment should in territories. All the people who had joined in this site are equal and no higher from the others. All are considered members.

@Shavkat I am pretty sure it was an excuse not to pay the users outside the United States. They thought that it was harder to sue them not being in the States.

even so, I still enjoyed my stay as a bubbler, my friend. I was so enthusiastic to share my life there, notwithstanding the length of time that we reach $50, but I had the goal of the amount in 2 years time. now, with the site finally sunk down the drain, I may say it opened an avenue for me to a writer (of sorts).

@ridingbet I respect your points of view about this site. As I have said in my post, I really enjoyed in the early stage of joining the site. The only thing that brings back the bad time is when they discriminated the Asian people prior to the payment scheme. I had been a writer outside this writing site and blossom to be more enthusiastic in myLot prior to joining Bubblews.

@ridingbet I think the word discrimination still exists in this world. It takes years to eradicate the wrong perceptions to different nationalities. It could be online or offline and off or on TV, there is still discrimination to Asians.

@Shavkat indeed, we Asians were severely discriminated, but not only us but also even those who live in Europe like Croatia. I know of 1 bubbler who expressed his dismay that he is not paid because he lives far from the US. and also some Americans living in Asian countries-they are not also paid because they live in Asia. There is still discrimination there.

I think that is sad. I think everyone should earn the same amount no matter where they are from. Some countries are so very poor what little they earned could really have helped them. I understand the conversion rate from US dollars to other currency is very different but I don't think that sounds like what you are talking about with how they discriminated.

@shaggin That's the real thing my friend. I am not sure if they know the word equality. It takes time for me to realize that they are becoming like a monster in giving random directives. These directives are leading to discrimination.

I left Bubblews long before they implemented the rules about payment. It was quite unfair because all Bubblers put in about the same effort for the same payment.

I still remember that months when they started to discriminate Asian countries, that was August and the following months they started not paying, my 12 redeems was not paid that was $1,300, I was so hurt by that time until I stop last year before they totally closed the site.
